Warren McGee's Northern Pacific in Black & White: Warren shared some of his great Northern Pacific images in black & white with the members attending the 2006 NPRHA Bozeman convention. We have reproduced Warren's presentation on DVD which contains 137 images along with his narration shaped by his thirty-nine-year career on the Northern Pacific. The DVD contains sections on: Early Railfans; Snowplowing on the Shields River Branch; Operations on the Yellowstone Park Branch; and NP Trains from Northtown, Minnesota to Portland, Oregon. With limited eyesight, Warren’s recall of facts over his 92+ years is incredible. He remembers dates, mileposts, names and numbers, as if he were reading from a book. But the best part is his ability to add very funny comments along with all the facts, which makes this 133 minute program very entertaining. A booklet containing full captions for all images is included with the DVD.
