N-Scale Airslides Covered Hopper Number 75507: In 1955, a year after General American introduced their Airslide covered hoppers, the Northern Pacific took delivery of twenty of them for flour and sugar service. This series was the first of nine small groups eventually totaling 195 cars. The cars were delivered in the standard NP light gray with small black lettering. Manufactured and numbered for the NPRHA by Athearn.
