Drawing heavily on the Otto Perry photos from the Denver Public Library-Western history Collection and the John M. Gruber collection, the book has major sections devoted to NP passenger trains, steam and diesel locomotives and rolling stock, occasionally interspersed with NP advertising. All photos are black and white and well produced on semi-gloss page in an 8.5 inch by 10.3 inch, landscape format. This volume is 126 pages with a color cover.
